Abstract
This study aimed to identify the level of administrative freedom practice in its dimensions (organizational culture, organizational structure, decision making, human resource management, technological capability, leadership, organizational effectiveness), and its impact on the success of ERP system adoption in Sonatrach - Beni Saf - Ain Temouchant branch, and in order to reach the objective of the study and test its hypotheses, the descriptive and analytical methods were used, and in order to reach the objective of the study and test its hypotheses. The tools of the study were the questionnaire distributed to 40 employees of Sonatrach - Beni Saf Branch - Ain Temouchant to analyze the data obtained, we used the statistical package program (SPSS) version (26). This study reached a number of theoretical and applied results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant impact of the areas of freedom practice with its dimensions on the success of the ERP system implementation process, and the study also provided several recommendations, including Sonatrach should disseminate, promote and apply the concept of administrative freedom in a way that takes into account the balance between empowerment and control to ensure effective implementation of the ERP system, involve employees in the implementation stages of the ERP system and pay attention to measuring the impact of administrative freedom regularly through specific performance indicators to ensure its compatibility with the organization's objectives.
