Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the impact of digital transformation on improving human resource performance at the Directorate of Education in Aïn Témouchent, using a descriptive-analytical methodology. It focused on four key dimensions: technological infrastructure, communication networks, software, and human resource training. The findings revealed that communication networks, software, and training significantly contribute to performance enhancement, whereas technological infrastructure had no statistically significant effect. Moreover, no significant differences were found based on gender, income, or professional experience. The study recommends investing in digital training and developing a supportive digital work environment to boost HR effectiveness.
