Abstract
The study aimed to identify the relatioship between organizational
silence and psychological well-being among employees in the
administration of Bouchaib University, Ain Temouchent. In order to
achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the
descriptive approach,
and to obtain the necessary data, then
used a questionnaire to measure organizational silence and a
questionnaire to measure psychological comfort. They were applied
to a sample. Consistiong of 68 workers out of a community of 85
workers.
The two researchers relied on the statistical program SPSS
version (20) to process the data, where they used statistical
methods, and the results of the study were as follows:
The level of organizational silence among employees in the
administration of Belhaj Bouchaib University high.
The level of psychological satisfaction among employees working in
the administration of Belhaj Bouchaib University high.
There is a relationship between organizational silence and
psychological satisfaction among management employees Belhadj
Bouchaib University in Ain Temouchent.
There are no statistically significant differences for the psychological
satisfaction variable due to any other variable sex.
There are no statistically significant differences for the psychological
satisfaction variable due to any other variable age.
There are no statistically significant differences for the psychological
satisfaction variable due to one variable experience.
