Abstract
This study aimed to identify the correlation between the psychological
contract and organizational commitment among employees of the Directorate of
Culture and Arts in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbès. In order to achieve the objectives
of the study, the student used the descriptive approach, and to obtain the necessary
data, two scales were used, a scale for the psychological contract and a scale that
measures organizational commitment, and based on a questionnaire form which was
applied to the study sample consisting of (60) employees. After the process of data
recovery and collection, the process of statistical treatment and study of the
relationship between the study variables was carried out, relying on a set of methods
and using the package program.
Statistics for the Social Sciences IBM SPSS Statistics (24). The results of the study
led to: - the presence of statistically significant differences for the variable of the
psychological contract and organizational commitment depending on gender, age and
educational level , and a statistically insignificant difference by relationship to
professional experience and professional category; - There is a statistically significant relationship between the psychological
contract and organizational commitment among employees of the Directorate of
Culture and Arts in the wilaya of Sidi Bel Abbès.
