Abstract

This resear ch aim s to study and analyze the role of Human Resource and Management in order to prove the P roductivity in the economic institutions through the theoretical comparison in the first chapter. As well as in the second chapter we try to examine this issue among one of the most i mportant economic institutions SCIBS Beni Saf . According to the questionnaire and through a statistic instruments in addition to form standard programmers in order to show the relation between Human Resource & Management and the P roductivity. The result of this research is, the variable positive effects between these t wo variables
