Abstract
The aim of this study is to know the impact of knowledge management on
hu
man resources, as it seeks to refine the knowledge of employees and achieve
the objectives set and continuity. Therefore, we conducted a case study in the
SONALAGAZ department in Ain Temouchent by designing a questionnaire
consisting of 24 questions distri
buted to Department staff and department heads
of the Electricity and Gas Directorate, where we selected a random sample of 51
items. The statistical package for social sciences (spss) was used. The results
showed a positive impact of knowledge management
on human resources
