Abstract

Our study aims to measure the impact of financial sustainability on the diversification of the Algerian economy , in light of increasing expenditures at a rate greater than revenue and fluctuations in oil prices on the other hand, through an analytical and standard study during the period 1992 - 2018, where the VAR model test . the study concluded that Algeria In a financial situation that is not sustainable, which may expose it to a debt crisis in the long term, and also that the degree of economic diversification is weak due to the dominance of the hydrocarbon sector in the G DP, the weakening effect of financial sustainability on the Algerian economic diversification
