Abstract
The aim of this study is to clarify the fact of the public relationships in Mobiles Company as well
as the role of these relationships' activities in improving the audiences' mental image. Where
these public relationships are based on the setting and suppo
rting of good relationships between
the institution and its audiences This can be done through efforts concerning the description of
the organization, its activities and services. This way is considered the most successful method to
improve the institution
's reputation through showing a positive and an honest image about it.
Mobilis company is one of the institutions that seeks to ameliorate its mental image in front of its
audiences through media and public relationships' activities such as; open
-
visits
, participating
in exhibitions and audio and visual media. In addition, participating in competitions, financial
support, technical projects and donation acts.
As a result of this study, it is determined that Mobilis company seeks through the public
relati
onships' activities to create good relationships with its audiences. These relationships are
based on love, appreciation, respect and the desire to continue dealing with. Its effective practice
of the public relationships reflects positively on its sales a
nd services as well as gaining the
confidence of its clients, thus gaining a good image.
It is recommend expanding the comprehension of the public relationships and giving them the
necessary importance through the establishment of its own section depending
on specialist
experts to achieve the desired success
