Abstract

Our field study، which focused on the work environment and its impact on the performance of workers in the factory، aimed to highlight the importance of organizational factors، and this led us to build the following issue: How much does the internal work environment affect the performance of workers، and in addressing this issue، we relied on the two hypotheses، which are as follows: -The presence of the variable of communication، cooperation and discipline within the work environment affects the performance of employees. -The presence of social relations in the work environment encourages the creation of a balance between work and personal life for workers، which leads to increased productivity and goal achievement. We addressed this topic according to the human relations approach of Elton Mayo، which focused on the following concepts:: cooperation، interaction، discipline، social relations. These last concepts are the ones we adopted in addressing our topic. We also adopted the descriptive-analytic method and chose the interview and observation tool in the stratified sample represented by the frames، controllers، implementers، and formers، which represent our research community in the medical and surgical gloves factory.
