Abstract
This study aimed to identify the impact of work ethics on job performance in
organizations
,
by identifying the relationship between work ethics
,
and job
performance
,
and the role
of work ethics in raising of work ethics in raising the
level of job performance
Our study was limited to the theoretical side only, and this is because the
field study was not conducted

In our study , we tried to give a comprehensive concept to each o
f the two
variables ( work ethics and
job performance ),
by defining them and highlighting
their importance for the working individual
,
and the organization we also clarified
the role of work ethics in guiding employee behavior
,
and correcting it through

dherence discipline
,
and work to the regulations rules and laws prevailing in the
organization
,
As for job performance we explained in it the most important pillars
on which correct
,
and proper performance within the organization is built by
,
highlighting its most important element
,
and determinants and factors that affect
the employee's performance as well as evaluating
,
and measuring performance
improving it
,
and filling the negative gaps that would affect it harm the employee
and the inter
est of the organization
.
Our study reached a set of result the most important of which are :
That work ethics has a significant impact on the employee's job performance
within the organization
,
as it positively affects his behavior and values which
reflect this on
,
the nature of his work and his performance
,
and gives him a
positive impetus in improving
,
and developing his job performance in the future
,
through his commitment to work regulations
prevailing in the organization
,
and
its pursuit of the best return for society and the organization
