Abstract
This study aims to create a global vision to define the image of female leadership
through their professional roles.
showcasing the ability of female leaders to balance personal and professional lives.
It also seeks to expand scientific research on the topic of feminine leadership and its
relationship to employee performance.
demonstrating that women are strong as they establish themselves both at home and
at work,and gaining a special social status and the ability to take on leadership
responsibilities.
The importance of female leaders lies in their role in bringing about change, influencing
individuals' behavior, and guiding them towards better outcomes, which increases
productivity and innovation.
The study was conducted on employees at the educational institution of Sheikh
Boumediene in ain temouchent Province, specifically applying the questionnaire to a
sample of 30 individuals including teachers, administrators, and professional workers.
Since the descriptive approach aims to collect data on existing phenomena and
objects, as well as to present that data for scientific study, it was also used to
contribute to the study of this phenomenon.
This is done by identifying the conditions and relationships between facts .
The study concluded with the following results:
Feminine leadership affects employee performance.
The skills and personal traits of female leaders contribute to achieving good employee
performance.
The feminine leadership style plays a role in the effectiveness of employee
performance.
