Abstract
Textual grammar is a new approach in studies to move beyond the analysis
of isolated sentences to a comprehensive and integrated understanding of texts.
This approach focuses on how sentences interact within a text and how they
combine to form a coherent meaning Here is a summary of the topic of textual
grammar
1_ Textual integration:
The goal is to understand the relationships between sentences in a text
and how they relate and fit together to form a complete meaning
2_Linguistic tools: uses linguistic tools and means to analyze texts, such as
textual cohesion and coherence, by studying the grammatical and semantic links
which unite the different: parts of a text.
3_global meaning: focuses on the extraction of the overall meaning of texts
rather than on the partial meanings of each sentence taken individually.
