Abstract
"This study aimed to identify “the role of administrative leadership in achieving job
satisfaction” by shedding light on the leader’s administrative skills and the personal qualities
that the administrative leader possesses, as well as by strengthening his relationship with his
subordinates and their impact on job satisfaction for the human resources management
frameworks of the National Retirement Fund Foundation for the state. Ain Temouchent,
numbering 65 executives, where 50 questionnaires were distributed to members of the
administration, and after processing them, 44 questionnaires were kept and processed
statistically and using the SPSS statistical package programs.
The study reached several results, the most important of which are:
- It was confirmed that (there is a statistically significant correlation at a 5% significance level
between administrative leadership and employees’ job satisfaction).
- It has been confirmed (there are statistically significant differences at the 5% level of
significance for the administrative leadership of a sample study according to the variables
(gender, age, experience)).
Thus, administrative leadership has a role in achieving job satisfaction in the institution under
study.
