دور القضاء المدني الجزائري في حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية

Abstract

Knowledge is one of the outcomes of human thinking that, over time, becomes a knowledge asset that benefits society to guide its life. It must be recognized that these ideas belong to their owners, where their role is to develop ideas and innovations. Nevertheless, recognition of the importance of intellectual property is not only appreciative of intellectuals, but also has a significant impact on societies' cultural and economic growth. Historically, the need for intellectual property protection has long existed, but has not been clearly insinuated. This need has become more prominent with the industry revolution and technological innovations. Intellectual property protection has been applied to literary, artistic, industrial and commercial aspects, and States and the international community have recognized the importance of securing it in accordance with national and international laws. Algerian legislation was concerned with regulating intellectual property laws and their details, with a focus on punishing offences against them.
