Abstract

Through this research, we will examine the subject of the patent holder's rights in Algerian legislation, so the Algerian legislation is interested in regulating them legally by issuing the 03/07 patent order, which sets forth the conditions of formality and objectivity applicable to the patent so that it is entitled to patent by the Algerian National Institute of Industrial Property. The issuance of the patent certificate entails rights that entitle the owner to exploit or dispose of the patent's invention, as well as certaines obligations In addition to the reasons that may lead to its expiry or termination.
