Abstract

This research paper aimed to assess and know the reality of the economic diversification strategy in Algeria, as it showed that Algeria sought to adopt many strategies to activate economic diversification in various economic sectors by adopting multiple policies and strategies, however, the Algerian economy still depends on the hydrocarbon sector in light of the fragility of the agricultural sector and The industrial sector and the rest of the other sectors, and this makes the national economy a dependency economy. Algeria is considered one of the countries that suffer from a deficit in its production apparatus, which is explained by the volume and quality of its imports from the outside world, despite its natural and human resources that qualify it to achieve great economic development. In this context, the state must adopt an integrated and more effective strategy for the economy. After oil as a general framework for moving the development process in Algeria to a new stage of growth and development, especially after the collapse of oil prices
