Abstract
This study, entitled "The Impact of Socio-Professional
Relationships on the Performance of Teachers in the Middle School",
aimed to identify and analyze the most important variables of socio professional relations that have a direct or indirect effect on the
performance of teachers in the middle school of Ben Said Mohamed El
Oued El Oued El Akhdar Tlemcen, in which the field study was
conducted. Field research (qualitative), and we used interview and
observation as data collection tools on a qualitative, intentional, non probability sample of (08) professors. After analyzing the interviews and
presenting their results, we reached the following results:
- The type of social relations prevailing within the educational
institution affects the performance of teachers.
- The collaborative nature between the professors is a motive for
obtaining a good performance for the professors in the institution.
- The deterioration of the socio-professional relations with the
superiors impedes the performance of the professors in the institution.
The lack of cooperation of students and their families negatively
affects the performance of teachers
