Abstract

This study aims to know the application of governance in the Algerian banking sector, in addition to the efforts made to strengthen the principles of governance. The research problem centered on what is the reality of applying governance in Algerian banks? And to answer them, we put a set of hypotheses, as we relied on this in our research on the descriptive and analytical method. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which are: The Algerian banking system has several positive factors that help it adapt to the requirements of governance.
