Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of tacit knowledge on the quality of strategic decisions. We briefly review the theoretical foundations of tacit knowledge, as well as the various concepts related to it. The quality of strategic decisions and the relationship of tacit knowledge to the process of making strategic decisions in the Local Development Bank of Ain Temouchent. To achieve these goals, a questionnaire was designed. For the purpose of collecting the required data, as the sample consisted of 50 workers, and after collecting the distributed questionnaires and analyzing the data they contained and processing them using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program, we obtained information that there is an impact of implicit knowledge on the quality of strategic decisions
