Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the impact of training on the productivity of the Sonelgaz Corporation - Ain Temouchent, the prescriptive and analytical approaches were also based on the theoretical aspect. The applied aspect was based on a case study curriculum in order to drop the theoretical study on the ground. To achieve these objectives, the identification has been distributed to 40 workers for the purpose of data collection, After analyzing it using statistical version 26 SPSS, we have reached a number of results, most notably: Training contributes to the development of the capabilities and skills of the working individuals, the success or failure of the training is linked to the correct determination of the training needs, the production of the enterprise is based on the productivity of its workers the more productive the enterprise produces
