Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the role of human resources management
functions in bringing about organizational change in the state directorate of
commerce in the state of Ain Temouchent, and this is in order to know the
extent to which human resources management functions contribute to achieving
organizational change and the relationship between them, through the practices
of human resources management for its various functions from Attracting,
appointing, training and motivating, for the purpose of developing them to
achieve the best results The SPSS statistician, it was noted that the study tool
was stable and that most of the answers of the sample members had a good
degree of consistency, so it was concluded that the functions of human resources
management have a major role in bringing about organizational change, by
hiring new individuals and clarifying the tasks and responsibilities for each job,
which facilitates the process of identifying competencies According to the
respondents’ opinions, it was found that the Directorate opens the way to discuss
problems and present appropriate solutions for continuous improvement, which
contributed to building a trust relationship with all its customers, and thus the
Directorate acquired a positive image that allows it to carry out its tasks easily
and comfortably, and accordingly there is a change in the State Directorate for
trade in Ain Temouchent
