Abstract
This study aims to identify the concept of e-training and address the
performance of employees through a field study conducted at the Sonelgaz
Foundation in Ain Temouchent.
For this purpose, the interview was relied upon as a tool for our scientific
research, in order to verify the hypotheses put forward.
The study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which
is that e-training contributes to improving the performance of employees and
that the Sonelgaz Corporation relies on e-training as a means and method for
developing and raising the efficiency of its human resources.
