Abstract
The study aimed to identify the respondents’ perceptions about the impact of
personal motivation on the performance of the institution among employees of MOBI
KRANIF and SARL TOP GLOVES in the state of Ain Temouchent. . In order to achieve
the formula of the main hypothesis, where the study reached several results, most
notably that the material and moral motivation raises the performance of the worker
and thus the performance of the institution, and that the absence of the application of
the incentive system, especially the positive, and the use of negativity only may
decrease the worker's interest and performance
