Abstract
The rapid economic changes taking place in our world are the main
motivation for organizations to adopt knowledge management and focus on their
operations in order to anticipate these changes, make decisions, and achieve
strategic goals, thus enhancing their position in the competitive line.
Where this study aimed to identify the extent of the contribution of
knowledge management to raising the competitive advantage in the Hasnaoui
complex in Sidi Bel-Abbes from the point of view of the employees of the
institution of the nature of the relationship between the processes of knowledge
management and competitive advantage. 60 workers. In analyzing the data, we
relied on: descriptive statistical analysis, arithmetic mean, standard deviation,
simple regression coefficient, Spearman's coefficient and reliability coefficient .
The results of the study indicated that there is a direct relationship between
knowledge as an independent variable, as well as the generation and distribution
of knowledge, the application of knowledge with the dependent variable
represented in the competitive advantage through its dimensions, and the study
showed that there is no relationship between the diagnosis, storage and
organization of knowledge management and the competitive advantage in the
complex.
