Abstract

Deals with this note: Takaful insurance - presentation of the experiences of Islamic countries where the insurance sector is an essential component in the financial sector of each economy and its activation and development needs to integrate and interact the efforts of both the state and takaful insurance companies. In this regard, the research addressed the theoretical framework of the takaful insurance system, pointing out its differences from commercial insurance, and the opinions of jurists on its legitimacy as an alternative to the commercial insurance system, to identify the procedures of the takaful insurance contract and to identify the formulas of management and investment in companies Takaful insurance, and ways to exploit the insurance surplus. The study also presented the reality of the takaful insurance industry at the global level, in addition to presenting the experiences of three Islamic countries: Sudan, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia, and highlighting the takaful insurance industry in Algeria and the approach used in this study, the descriptive approach was relied upon to list the facts and concepts related to the subject in addition to the analytical approach in the framework of the study on the application aspect of symbiotic insurance, in order to answer the problem and test the validity of research hypotheses, which led us to access the method of research, which led us to reach access to the application aspect of symbiotic insurance. to a number of relevant findings and recommendations.
