Abstract
In our study, we focused on the importance and role of electronic banking in
improving the quality of banking services during the Corona pandemic at the Bank
of Agriculture and Rural Development of Ain Temouchent Agency. It was indicated
to know the various electronic payment methods. And we also touched on knowing
the reality of electronic banking in Algeria and highlighting the most important
techniques used by the bank, especially during the outbreak of the Corona
epidemic, and getting acquainted with the various banking services that BADR Bank
dealt with in the state of Ain Temouchent during the pandemic to facilitate the
quality of its services and provide what is best to earn the loyalty of its customers,
and To find out the relationship between electronic banking and the dimensions of
the quality of banking services, we relied on the descriptive and analytical approach
by distributing a questionnaire to the clients of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural
Development and analyzing it using the SPSS statistical package analysis program.
Electronic and the dimensions of the quality of banking services. Finally, we found
that electronic banking has an effective role in improving the quality of banking
services, especially for BADR Bank, in the Wilayat of Ain Temouchent.
