Abstract
In order to shed light on the negative impact of the «Moodle» platform on
teaching/learning the French language from a distance, and aspiring to fulfill our main
purpose to reveal to what extent the Algerian university may adopt working this way, We
wondered about the obstacles and problems faced by teachers and students during their
experiences using this digital platform, which were imposed due to certain health conditions
(Covid-19), So our applied study aimed to shed light on the defects of the mentioned platform
and comparing it with the e-mail correspondence, which contributed to the success of the
interaction between the professors and the students during the curriculum.
