tests that are carried out on the plant give interesting results since they show that all the
extracts: (aqueous IC50 = 0.01158 mg / ml), (methanol IC50 = 0.03597 mg / ml), (ethanol IC
50 = 0 , 03862 mg / m), (total oil IC50 = 0.05254 mg / ml), (IC50 petroleum ether = 0.05686
mg / ml), of the plant species studied contain variable and important antioxidant activities. It
can be concluded that the Salvia officinalis plant contains molecules with an important anti-
