Abstract
The agro-Food industry is the main one which rejects in the country a large quantity of waste which
has harmful effects on the environment, and at the same time on the consumers, the producers and the
industrialists but this waste can be recovered and used in different areas, Waste recovery, when
possible it allows to extract useful products. With methods considered as industrial processes. our
research focuses on the recovery of waste in quleques agrifood industry such as (whey, poultry, olive
trees, dates, sugar) for several years The research carried out has made it possible to understand the
nutritional value of whey, as well as the possibilities of its use in food from the livestock, at the same
time The valorisation of olive oil residues has become a double necessity; ecological and economical.
Indeed, it would make it possible to reduce increasingly significant pollution, and to contribute to the
improvement of profitability and as well as for the poultry sector.This waste constitutes a potential
source of recoverable biomass because of its organic matter content and in fiber; on the other hand
the date processing industries produce various products such as date paste, syrup, honey, jam, vinegar,
etc. There are many uses of date palm products and by-products with making ancestral (traditional)
and biotechnological applications Likewise sugar. In addition to this commodity, the processing of
these plants allows the production of by-products such as molasses and pulps for beets, molasses and
bagasse for sugar cane.
