Abstract
The study aimed to identify the relationship between administrative
empowerment and organizational citizenship among the employees of the
National Fund for Social Security for Salaried Workers " Agency Ain
Timouchent". to achieve the objectives of the study , the descriptive analytical
method was used , to access the necessary data was used the first measure
which measures administrative empowerment , and the second, the
organizational citizenship questionnaire , it was applied to a sample of (100)
employees from the Fund national for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers
"Agency Ain Timouchent". The study reached the following results:
- Level to rise of administrative empowerment employees of Fund National
for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers "Agency Ain Timouchent".
- Level to rise of organizational citizenship employees of Fund National
for Social Insurance for Salaried Workers "Agency Ain Timouchent".
- Existence positive correlation associative between administrative
empowerment and organizational citizenship.
- Lack of statistically significant differences in the level of administrative
empowerment, depending on the variables (gender, experience,
educational level).
- Lack of statistically significant differences in the level of organizational
citizenship, depending on the variables (gender,
experience, educational level).
The results were discussed in the light of previous studies and
theoretical literature and concluded with a set of recommendations.
