Abstract

This study aims to identify the level of psychological burnout and the level of psychological compatibility among cleaning workers in the hospital institution March 19, 1962 in Beni Saf, Ain Temouchent and the relationship between them and linking their degrees according to some individual background variables, our study included four cases that were selected intentionally. The use of the clinical approach with the application of measures of psychological burnout and psychological compatibility has concluded that the cleaning workers suffer from a high level of psychological burnout and that the levels of psychological compatibility came varying between medium and high and did not show any differences in them depending on the variables that we linked them, and these results have been discussed according to previous studies and theoretical literature.
