Etude d’un bâtiment ʽʽSous-sol + RDC + 11 étages ”

Abstract

The present projet is a detailed study of a building used for residential and administrative consists of a basement and a ground floor plus (11) floors, located in ORAN This region is classified in seismic zones « IIa » according to RPA99 2003 version. This study consists of six parts: ➢ The first part: It is the général description of the Project with a presentation of the Architectural apparence of the structural elements, ➢ The second part: the pre-dimensioning of the elements then the descent loads of the Structure. ➢ The third part: A study aims to secondary elements (beams, floor and full slab). ➢ The Forth part: Consists in the dynamic study of the structure, which has been made by the « ETABS 2009" software to determine the various stresses due to loads (permanent loads, exploitation and seismic load). ➢ The fifth part: Aims to calculate the reinforcement of the different elements of the Structure in based on the recommendations of the CBA 93 ; Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99 2003 versions. ➢ The last part: Appraise the infrastructure by adopting an appropriate type of fondation at the implantation site.
