آليات مواجهة الفساد في مجال الصفقات العمومية

Abstract

Corruption of all kinds and forms, whether economic, financial, administrative or political, has a negative impact on moral values and on social and political life. Public transactions are one of the most vulnerable areas of corruption, as they are directly linked to the State's financial policy. The Algerian legislature has therefore endeavoured to establish legal mechanisms to reduce this skill by establishing the Law on the Prevention and Control of Corruption and the Decon the Regulation of Public Transactions in order to ensure the transparency and effectiveness of public transactions.
