Abstract

The world has known recently a great development, especially in the field of informatics and communication, as it has made the world a small village and this development includes all fields, including the justice sector, where the electronic court appeared which sought to conduct judicial work electronically in order to facilitate procedures for litigants and the work of judges and lawyers…, foreign countries were among the first countries to implement the electronic court system, followed by the Arab countries, although they are in the first stages of their embodiment, but they achieved many positive results. Therefore, it strives to reach an actual application of the electronic court.
