Abstract

Corruption is a global phenomenon that transcends national borders and affects all countries of the world and greatly on their development. Therefore, our study in this research was limited to the most important international an mechanisms to combat corruption to combat corruption and the effort made by Algeria. Therefore, the study focused on monitoring and analyzing the most important laws that came to reduce corruption, such as the Law on Prevention and Combating Corruption, reviving most of the laws to be in line with international legislation, and building an institutional system specialized in combating corruption. For the second part of the research, it is based on the most important international mechanisms of organizations, bodies, and institutions that had A major role in reducing this phenomenon, which has worsened in most countries. And the adoption of agreements in this field with the activation of international cooperation to eliminate the origin and roots of corruption.
