Abstract

This study confirms the knowledge of the impact of information technology on the performance of human resources in the BaniSafah Cement Corporation, where a random sample of 60 employees from all levels was selected, and in the latter we relied on the questionnaire tool and the statistical program (SPSS) was used. The study concluded that there is a positive impact of information technology on the performance of human resources
