Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the impact of electronic management in its
dimensions (technology used, electronic planning, electronic organization,
electronic guidance, electronic control) on the performance of human resources at
the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management, Belhaj Boushaib University.
The study employed a descriptive analytical approach, relying on a questionnaire as
a data collection tool. The study population consisted of employees and faculty
members of the college, totaling 166 individuals. A representative sample of the
population, consisting of 40 employees, was taken. A total of 36 questionnaires were
retrieved, with a response rate of 90%, which were used for analysis purposes. The
study's results concluded that there is a relatively high evaluation of the level of
electronic planning, electronic guidance, and electronic organization. However, the
results of electronic control were limited to a single type of control, indicating a form
of technological lag in this area at the Faculty of Economic Sciences and
Management. On the other hand, the conflicting results regarding the technology
used were attributed to a gap in the equipment provided to administrators and
teachers, with a shortage of technological resources and internet availability for
teachers. There is already an intention for development, contrary to the
administrative level
