Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the relationship between the requirements of the application of knowledge management and the application of knowledge management in institutions of higher education, by addressing the basic problem of the relationship between the requirements of the application of knowledge management and the application of knowledge management in the Faculty of Economic and Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences at the University of Belhaj Bouchaib - Ain Temouchent – In this study, we followed the descriptive approach on the theoretical side, while on the applied side, we relied on the analytical approach using the questionnaire that was directed to the professors of the Faculty of Economic Sciences,XV Management Sciences and Commercial Sciences, and it was concluded that there was an average application and a medium agreement on each of the statements of the requirements of the application of knowledge management and the application of knowledge management Knowledge, as well as a lack of relationship between the application of knowledge management and the requirements of the application of knowledge management in its four dimensions
