To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive correlational comparative method was adopted. The study sample consisted of 227 university students. Data were collected using the Emotional Maturity Scale and the Mental Health Scale. Statistical analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), relying on Pearson correlation coefficient, Independent Samples t-test, and One-Way ANOVA. The study yielded several findings, the most important of which are: • There is no statistically significant correlation between emotional maturity and mental health among university students. • University students demonstrated a high level of emotional maturity. • University students demonstrated a high level of mental health. • There are statistically significant differences in emotional maturity according to gender in favor of females. • There are no statistically significant differences in mental health according to gender. • There are statistically significant differences in both emotional maturity and mental health according to academic level.
