ضالع, عفاف أشواقبوحوص, مروىسعدي, عربية2025-07-172025-07-172025-06-19http://dspace.univ-temouchent.edu.dz/handle/123456789/6702This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment among employees of the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in Ain Temouchent, using a job satisfaction questionnaire and an organizational commitment questionnaire that were applied to a purposive sample of 80 administrative employees. This study was based on the descriptive approach. After analyzing the results statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 20) (Cronbach's alpha, t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance).
