The study adopted the descriptive-analytical method as it is the most suitable for examining economic phenomena and analyzing relationships between research variables. A sample of 78 employees and workers from the studied institution was selectedand data were collected using a questionnaire as the main toolsupported by observation and interviews. The data were analyzed using SPSS software through several statistical methodsincluding correlation analysissimple linear regressionand normality tests. The findings revealed a moderate positive statistically significant relationship between the impact of COVID-19 and the overall performance of the institutionin addition to a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variableand the ability of COVID-19 to explain a considerable part of the variation in institutional performance.Thesis
