Additionally, it seeks to ascertain the transformations occurring in the professional identity of the socio-professional categories concerned. This is achieved through a study sample comprising employees (administrative staff and professors) of the Faculty of Arts, Languages, Social and Human Sciences at Ain Temouchent University, Algeria. The methodology employed relies on interview techniques, adopting an experimental (field) approach. Consequently, our research question is formulated as follows: What are the transformations affecting professional identity in the context of comprehensive digitization within institutions of higher education and scientific research in Algeria? In terms of the hypotheses employed, we have relied upon a fundamental hypothesis distributed into a subsidiary hypothesis structured as follows: PrimaryHypothesis: Digitization influences the reconfiguration of professional identity amidst the digital transformations it undergoes. SubsidiaryHypothesis: Digitization influences the reshaping and reconstruction of collective professional identity.otherDigitization- Virtual professional identity- Socio-professional category- Organizationالرقمنة، الهوية المهنية الافتراضية، الفئة السوسيومهنية، المنظمةتحولات الهوية المهنية في العصر الرقمي :دراسة ميدانية في كلية الآداب واللغات والعلوم الاجتماعية والإنسانية لجامعة عين تموشنتThesis
