By combining tools from discourse analysis (DA) and humor theories, we examine how comedic discourse constructs a representation that is both satirical and socially engaged with regard to women’s sports in Algeria. This approach allowed us to show how Amine Radi’s humor becomes a critical tool to question gender stereotypes, media representations, and identity tensions, while subtly yet effectively influencing public perception.frDiscourse analysis, Algerian humor, social satire, gender and sports, comedic monologueAnalyse du discours, humour algérien, satire sociale, genre et sport, monologue comiqueتحليل الخطاب, الفكاهة الجزائرية,السخرية الاجتماعية,المونولوج الكوميديAnalyse du monologue d’Amine Radi sur la boxeuse algérienne Imane KhelifThesis
