Our study aimed at answering the problem to know the extent to which this institution uses standards to measure and evaluate performance, by following the analytical descriptive approach, during a specific period based on statistical analysis of SPSS data, and after analyzing we reached the most important results in our research: _ Dr. Bin Zarjab's failure to rely on sufficient indicators to determine the level of its performance; It is also far from the global level of performance.
