مراح, رانياخويلد, عفاف2025-06-262025-06-262025http://dspace.univ-temouchent.edu.dz/handle/123456789/6144This study aimed to identify the role of green human resources management practices in improving the quality of service in the Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchant, and in order to reach the goal, the descriptive and analytical approaches were used, and the tools of the study were the questionnaire that was distributed to 41 individuals from the employees of the Directorate of Commerce in Ain Temouchant, and to analyze the data obtained we used the statistical package program (SPSS) version (26).
