The methodology used includes descriptive, analytical, and inductive approaches through the examination of relevant constitutional and regulatory texts. The findings show a clear governmental dominance over legislative work, especially through its control of the parliamentary agenda and prioritization of governmental bills over parliamentary proposals, thereby weakening the effective role of the legislature. Furthermore, while various parliamentary oversight mechanisms exist, they only have political impact in limited circumstances. The study reveals a lack of parliamentary independence under the growing power of the executive branch.otherGovernment ; separation of power ; constitution amendment 2020.العلاقة الوظيفية بين الحكومة والبرلمان في ظل التعديل الدستوري الجزائري 2020Thesis
