To achieve this objective, both the clinical case study method and the quasi-experimental method were adopted, using a set of tools including: clinical observation, semi-structured clinical interview, mental status examination, the Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory, and a cognitive-behavioral therapy program proposed by the student.
