The study adopted the descriptive analytical method and the case study approach. A questionnaire was used to collect data from a purposive sample of 40 employees. The results showed that the university administration encourages digitalization and supports the use of digital tools in administrative work. The findings also revealed that organizational culture contributes to supporting digital transformation and improving administrative performance and teamwork. On the other hand, the study identified several obstacles, including the lack of digital training, weak technological infrastructure, and resistance to change among some employees. The study confirmed the existence of an interaction between digital transformation and organizational culture in improving the effectiveness of university administration.
