They are intended for the drinking water supply of households and communities, industry and irrigation in the agricultural sector. This mobilization is done through several infrastructures, some of which are located outside the Wilaya to mobilize surface water (external transfers). Drilling concentrated in some municipalities in addition to sources and wells allows the abstraction of groundwater. Given the pressure of water demand that accompanies the development of the Wilaya, the latter also resorts to desalination of seawater and the reuse of wastewater for the agricultural sector. In this provision, mobilization makes it possible to explore different scenarios in order to choose the desirable scenario that respects a balance between the three components of sustainable development: social, economic and environmentalMobilization, city of Ain Temouchent, water resourcesMobilisation des ressources en eau : Cas de la ville d’Ain-Temouchent.
