All nanocapsules obtained were characterized by three methods; infrared analysis (FTIR), UV-visible and scanning electron microscopy coupled with elemental analysis (SEM-EDX) in order to confirm that the encapsulation of the products cited by the selected biopolymer has taken place The results obtained by the analyses in the case of the natural product showed that there were interactions between the compound and the surrounding material, as well as the presence of the encapsulated compound in the structure of the chitosan. However, the case of copper-based nanostructure shows a greater abundance compared to chitosan, frchitosan, encapsulation, produit naturel, nanostructures à base de cuivrechitosan, encapsulation, Natural Product, Copper-based nanostructureSynthèse et caractérisation des nanocapsules de chitosanThesis
